My goodness. Has it really been 5 months since I last blogged? Seems I spend more time on Facebook or Twitter. Sure would be nice if they could somehow be inter-connected. You know – update one – update all.
Last weekend I decided to go out and take family portraits. It’s been so long since I’ve taken “professional” portraits of my children. Yes, I know – bad photographer. We picked the Stockyards for our location and it was such a pretty day. We ate at the LOVESHACK – they have such great burgers. YUM!
It was a beautiful day – very blue sky. It wasn’t too hot or too cold – it was just right. The kids were dressed cute and ready to smile for me. We had one problem though – the wind. OMG – it was so windy. You know what that means right? Wind + Stockyards {cow/horse smell} = allergy attack. Daniel and Sara were smart – they took some Zyrtec before the shoot. Cameron didn’t. She sneezed so much that her nose bled. She was miserable. Unfortunately, we had to cut the shoot short. I couldn’t even talk her into just shopping around. You know that girl doesn’t feel well when she doesn’t want to shop.
Here are a few that I was able to capture before we called it a wrap.

The "one" Good Image with both kids

Daniel - he can work a pole!

Cameron - before the sneezes
I think we’ll have to do our session over – I just didn’t get to hit all my favorite locations at the Stockyards. So get ready Daniel and Cameron (you too Sara) – Family Session part II coming soon!
