Flower Mound Senior Portraits | Shelley Edwards Photography

Here are a few shots of the portrait I took of this beauty. She reminds me of a very young Winona Rider. She had a great spunky personality, and her dad is a very old & dear friend.   It was wonderful reconnecting with her father, and was totally honored they chose Shelley Edwards Photography for Riley’s senior portraits.

Congrats to Riley – I just know you’ll do very well – GO OUT AND SMASH IT!!!

Horn High School | Mesquite Senior Portraits

This little gal has been in my life since she was a baby!  I just can’t believe how TALL and beautiful she is.   My son, and her brothers, were friends from way back when – you know – the PeeWee football days.  Bryanna would always want to sit with me and root the team on.  She really did turn out to be a lovely young lady – I’m not surprised at all.  She comes from good people.  I’ve maintained a friendship with her mother all of these years – she’s a great gal and I know she’s very proud.

Bryanna was one of my 2010 Senior models – and she did a great job on referrals!  We did her “real” senior session last weekend.  Why is it that the wind must ALWAYS be present during my shoots?  Well, what does one do?  We roll with it baby.  I think we got some really good stuff!

Every once and a while, you come across a client or a model that just “gets” the direction.  They understand and “morph” into position and just “be” what you envision.   Meet Clark.  He gets it.  His parents get it.  His sisters most DEFINITELY GOT IT.

I say “kinda lean against that wall and smile” and he does – WOW OH WOW – he gets it.  Take a look at these shots – he does, doesnt he?  I’ve been the Gaddis’ photographer for a few years now, and like I said, WOW oh WOW – they get it.

Mesquite High School – I bet you’ll miss this punter.  What?  Yep – he’s an all star.

Now, please respond, what do you think?

Prepare to be DAZZLED | Dallas Senior Photography

Do you know what bored photographers do? We play in photoshop. I just played around with a few recent portrait images I took a few weeks ago. I think they look pretty dazzling if I do say so myself. What do you think? Tell me people – I need to know!

Jenni – Horn High School | Mesquite Senior Photography

OMG – this girl has AMAZING eyes!  She’s an absolute doll and I felt so bad for her.  She had surgery a few days ago because of a soccer injury – ACL or something like that.  She’s going to be out of commission during spring break, but I’m so happy that we had SPRING TIME weather for our session.  You just couldn’t ask for a better day – the temps were PERFECT!  So much so, I asked my husband to meet us at a location with his Harley so that we could sneak in a few more options.  Those of you that know someone with a bike – you don’t have to ask twice – they’re so there!

Jenni – these were just a few of my favorites!
